Why do I still have a lien on my property if I already paid?

If the lien has been paid (satisfied), you will need to request a lien release from the District and file with the County to clear the lien from the property title. Please complete the following  Request for Release of Lien Form or call us at 707-644-8976 to request your "Release of Utility lien."  Once requested, please allow seven (7) business days for processing.
