The District currently manages four outstanding bonds issues and loans:
- 2014 Revenue Bonds
- 2011 Revenue Bonds
- 2008 State Revolving Fund Loan
- 2004 State Revolving Fund Loan

Continuing Disclosure Report
The 2011 and 2014 Revenue Bonds require the District to disclose certain information on an annual basis. This is done through the development of an annual Continuing Disclosure Report. This report is posted to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board's website called EMMA (Electronic Municipal Market Access). The District also posts the Continuing Disclosure Report here.

Vallejo Flood & Wastewater District Financing Corporation
The Financing Corporation is a non-profit, public benefit corporation organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law of the State of California to assist the Vallejo Flood and Wastewater District with issuing and administering tax-exempt municipal debt to finance capital projects for the benefit of the public the District serves. Debt is paid by the District with monies collected through rates and charges. Currently, the corporation has no outstanding debt.
